Is it free to list as a Media Owner/Vendor?

Yes, listing is completely free. There's no subscription. You set your own prices and availability, and you're paid securely to your bank account after every confirmed booking.

How do advertisers and agencies pay?

By online payment or bank transfer. A single payment covers your entire order, even when it includes screens from several different Media Owners/Vendors, and your full total is always shown before you confirm.

How is GCT handled?

Accepted Answer

Media Owners/Vendors enter their prices without GCT. GCT is added automatically, on the rental and on any printing and installation, only for owners who are registered for GCT, and the price you see before you book is always the all-in price including it. If the owner is not registered, no GCT is added. After you book, your invoice and receipt show any GCT as a clearly labelled line.

When do Media Owners/Vendors get paid?

For a single-month booking, as soon as its 5-day buyer-cancellation window (weekends and holidays count) closes after the campaign starts. Longer bookings pay out month by month on that same schedule, so you're never waiting on the whole campaign to finish to get paid for the months already behind you.

Can an agency book on behalf of multiple clients?

Yes. Agencies get a client-manager view to book and track campaigns separately for each brand they represent, all from one login.

Can multiple people from my company share one account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Company and agency accounts can invite team members, each with their own login and cart, while order history stays shared across the whole team.

What if my creative doesn't match a location's specs?

Accepted Answer

Every upload is checked automatically before the Media Owner/Vendor ever sees it: exact resolution, aspect ratio, and duration for a digital screen, or aspect ratio for a static board, so you get instant feedback instead of waiting on a manual rejection.

How do I know my ad actually played?

Accepted Answer

Media Owners/Vendors upload proof of play at the end of each month your campaign runs, because a campaign needs time to play before there is anything to report. We remind them at month end, and each report appears on your order as soon as it is uploaded. You can also pay for a photo or video of the actual screen, carried out independently by Ad Hub once your campaign has begun, rather than self-reported by the Media Owner/Vendor.

Which islands and parishes are covered?

Ad Hub is live in Jamaica, and every parish is covered. Caribbean expansion is coming soon. Filter the marketplace by parish and by indoor or outdoor to find the right screens fast.

Question 10

What if a location I want is fully booked for my dates?

Accepted Answer

Add it to your watch list and we'll email you the moment room opens up for those dates, for example when a booking is cancelled, paused or moved.

Can I earn rewards for booking or listing on Ad Hub?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Advertisers and Media Owners/Vendors earn reward points for leaving reviews, for well-reviewed bookings, and for referrals; Advertisers also earn them from Ad Hub surveys. Points can only be spent on in-app purchases (Ad Hub ad space, proof-of-play audits and Featured placement), each shown with its points price. They are never paid out as cash. Agencies don't currently earn points.

Can I advertise directly with Ad Hub, not just book a Media Owner/Vendor's screen?

Yes. Advertisers can buy Ad Hub's own banner placements in the marketplace feed, the side rail, or on the login page, with a single image or GIF creative that's checked and approved automatically.

Question 13

How long does it take to get a Media Owner/Vendor or agency account approved?

Accepted Answer

New Media Owner/Vendor and agency accounts are reviewed by Ad Hub, usually within 2 to 5 business days. We email you as soon as you're approved.
