Terms & conditions
Agency terms
Version 2026-10-23. These terms apply to agency accounts on Ad Hub.
1. Acceptance
By creating an Ad Hub account you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Ad Hub's handling of your data as described here. If you're registering on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind that company to this agreement.
2. Eligibility and account accuracy
You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date, including your company/business name, contact details, and (where applicable) banking details. Ad Hub may suspend or terminate an account found to contain false or misleading information.
3. Approval (Agencies only)
Agency accounts are reviewed before gaining access to the Agency Portal, to confirm the registrant is a genuine advertising or media-buying agency operating in Jamaica. Ad Hub may request further information to verify this and may decline or revoke access at its discretion.
4. Bookings and payment
When you book a location, you agree to pay for it in full before the booking is confirmed, unless you're paying under a payment plan or a Book and Pay Later arrangement described below. This includes the location price(s), inclusive of Ad Hub's own fee, shown as a single pre-tax amount at checkout and on your invoice and payment receipt. General Consumption Tax (GCT) at 15.0% may apply to a booking. Whether it applies to a given Media Owner's own price (and any printing/installation cost for static boards) depends on that Media Owner's own GCT registration, entirely separate from Ad Hub's. Ad Hub is not currently registered for GCT, so no GCT is charged on Ad Hub's own fee. This will change, with notice, once Ad Hub is required to register. Any GCT actually charged is shown as its own line at checkout and on your invoice/receipt. Payment is held by Ad Hub and released to the Media Owner once your creative content is approved and confirmed for deployment.
5. Agency discount
As an Agency, the amount you pay for a booking reflects an agency discount of 18.0% off the Media Owner's rate card, standard practice for agency-of-record bookings. Ad Hub does not charge commission on Agency-placed bookings and earns only its own fee, included in the pre-tax amount shown at checkout. What you in turn charge your own client for a booking is a matter between you and your client, entirely outside the Ad Hub platform.
6. Payment plans for multi-month bookings
For bookings spanning two or more months, you may choose to pay monthly instead of the full amount up front. The first month, plus Ad Hub's service fee, is due at checkout to confirm the booking. For each following month, Ad Hub emails you an invoice roughly 5 business days before it's due, covering that month's amount plus Ad Hub's service fee. All of Ad Hub's usual payment methods remain available for each monthly invoice; since Ad Hub doesn't store payment or card details, you'll re-enter your details each time you pay online. If a monthly invoice isn't paid within 5 business days of its due date, it's marked overdue and both you and the Media Owner are notified. An overdue payment does not automatically stop the campaign; see the next section.
7. Book and Pay Later (agencies only, optional)
Book and Pay Later is available only to approved Agencies, and only with a Media Owner that has separately approved your Agency for it, at that Media Owner's sole discretion. Where it applies, only printing and installation costs for a static board are due at checkout; for a digital screen nothing is due at checkout. Ad Hub then invoices you once, on the day your campaign starts, for the booking amount together with Ad Hub's service fee, by email and in the Platform, and you have 30 days from the date of that invoice to pay it by online payment or bank transfer. Ad Hub emails you a reminder on day 25 and shows upcoming and overdue payments on your dashboard. Ad Hub, not the Media Owner, issues the invoice and collects the payment, the same way it does for every other booking, and the Media Owner's payout is released only once your payment has cleared. If an invoice isn't paid within 30 days it is marked overdue and both you and the Media Owner are notified; Ad Hub may follow up with you directly. A pattern of late or missed payments may lead Ad Hub to remove your Agency's access to Book and Pay Later, review your account, or suspend it, and the Media Owner may withdraw their approval for future bookings. An overdue invoice does not reduce or excuse the amount you owe.
8. Overdue payments and campaign pausing
If a monthly installment (see above) goes unpaid past its grace period, the Media Owner is notified and may choose to pause the campaign until payment is received. Ad Hub has no technical ability to take a Media Owner's screen off air itself; pausing is an action the Media Owner takes on their own booking. If a Media Owner chooses not to pause and continues serving your ad after being notified of an overdue payment, that is the Media Owner's own decision; it does not reduce or excuse the amount you owe.
9. Creative content
As an Agency, you're responsible for the creative content you upload for a booking, including that you own or are licensed to use it, and that it complies with the applicable Media Owner's content policy and Jamaican law. Content is subject to Media Owner approval before deployment.
10. Proof of play
A campaign needs time to run before there is anything to report, so each Media Owner uploads a proof of play report for your booking at the end of every calendar month it runs, and Ad Hub reminds them to. The report appears on your order as soon as it is uploaded, so you do not need to request it. You may also pay Ad Hub for an independent photo or video audit of a booking, carried out by Ad Hub's own staff rather than the Media Owner, which can be requested once your campaign has begun. Audit fees are shown before you pay and depend on the parish; they are not available for screens in moving vehicles.
11. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a confirmed booking and receive a full refund of what you've paid for it, minus Ad Hub's service fee (see below), any time up to 24 hours before the booking's start date. Once a campaign has started, refund eligibility runs month by month: for the first 5 days of each month a campaign covers (counted from the start of that month of the campaign; weekends and public holidays count, because your ad runs on them), you may cancel and receive a full refund of that month and every later month you've already paid for. Cancel after the 5th day of a given month and that month is forfeited (non-refundable), but any later month you've paid for is still refunded in full. Once a month's cancellation window has closed, that month is final: it cannot be cancelled, paused, credited or refunded, and no credit is offered in its place. Before a campaign starts, you may instead ask the Media Owner through the Platform to move the booking's start date later (once per booking, by up to 90 days, keeping the same length and price); this is a request that the Media Owner may approve or decline, and if they decline, your original dates and the cancellation rules above continue to apply. A campaign that is already running can likewise be paused only by request: you may ask the Media Owner through the Platform to pause it from a chosen date and restart it on a later date within 90 days (once per booking). If approved, the days already played are kept, the days remaining are played after the restart, and the end date moves accordingly, so the total length and price do not change; no refund or credit is given for the paused period, and you are responsible for supplying any new creative before the restart date. If the Media Owner declines, the campaign continues as booked. Whenever a refund is due, it is returned as cash to your original payment method; refunds are transferred manually by Ad Hub and may take a few business days. If you paid by card, a card refund fee is deducted once from the refund of each cancellation, because the bank charges Ad Hub again to refund a card payment; the amount is the current fee shown in your cancellation summary before you confirm the cancellation, it is never more than the refund itself, and it is not charged on payments made by bank transfer. Ad Hub's service fee, any GCT charged on it, and any STATIC printing or installation cost are never refunded once a booking is confirmed.
12. Reviews and reward points
Once a booking is marked complete, you and the Media Owner may each rate the other out of 5 stars, shown publicly as part of each party's reputation on the marketplace. Unlike Advertiser accounts, Agency accounts don't earn reward points from reviews.
13. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Ad Hub to advertise or list anything unlawful in Jamaica, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, fraudulent, infringes another party's intellectual property, or promotes illegal goods or services. Ad Hub may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
14. Limitation of liability
Ad Hub provides the marketplace platform on an "as is" basis and is not a party to the underlying advertising arrangement between Advertisers/Agencies and Media Owners beyond facilitating payment and booking. To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, Ad Hub's liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees actually paid to Ad Hub in the six months preceding the claim.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate an account at any time. Ad Hub may suspend or terminate access immediately for a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or a legal or regulatory requirement. Obligations already accrued (payments due, bookings already confirmed) survive termination.
16. Changes to these terms
Ad Hub may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice, and continued use of the platform after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
